    The furniture with elegant and modern lines blends into the arcgitectural context of the villa.
    The kitchen is cured in every detail and equipped with all major appliances : induction cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and coffe maker american.
    The house is full air conditioned by a modern cooling system that uses 100% renewable energy sources ( the water of the lake ).
    Washing machine, hair dryer, iron, safe, wi-fi and satellite LCD flat screen tv with english and german channels complete the equipment of the house.

    In the middle of the residence, for the exclusive uses there is a private garage for a car. Outside of the residence there is a public car park.
