Le Ville della Romantica Residence and Spa is reality, where everything is thought to give you comfort and tranquility, where you will spend a rich holiday of emotions in comfortable and welcoming environments.
Near to the Ville della Romantica we have built a new reception structure : le Ville della Romantica Residence. This new reality will be opened in May 2020, and it will be characterised by a small SPA which will complete the level of services of the whole structure.
The new structure, fully enclosured and video surveillance, has eight villas and four apartments, all residences have an exclusive parking place, outside a large public parking.
The villas are on two levels, the kitchen area, the living room, and bathroom on the floor, three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.
The apartments show two premises with Bathroom.
Each houses has an exclusive garden that overlooks a large, common green area, characterized by the pool, also adapted to children with a tub.
In a restricted area we put a playground for children, complete the structure a small SPA composed of sauna and Turkish bath.
Houses are carried out and designed carefully, with upper finish materials, with a wide porch which communicates with the internal environments and with the garden in which in the most cases is located a barbecue.
The external private area will allow you to stay in relax and enjoy the highest tranquility. Fulfilling Your wish of holiday with a high standard of service.
We also have two apartments suitable for customers with motor difficulties.
Le Ville della Romantica Residence is situated only 300 metres from the coast of the lake, attainable with a few minutes with a comfortable walk.
The solutions are inserted into a cured and elegant location, equipped with a modern system of air, gratis Wi-Fi, TV flat screen with english and german channels, and the kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, in addition there are the dishwasher, washing machine, safe and dryer.
A quality of residence is its total energy autonomy: heating and summer conditioning of premises is guaranteed by a geothermal probe and heat pump plant, fuelled by photovoltaic installation , positioned on the roof of the structure.
The Gardalake and le ville della Romantica are inserted in a geographical context from which the main cities of Italy are readily accessible: Venice 180 km, Verona 55 km, Milan 140 km, the town is well served by public and well – connected vehicles to the main international airports in northern Italy: Aeroporto Catullo of Verona 35 km, Orio al Serio Bergamo 90 km, Milan Linate 110 km, Milan Malpensa 170 km.
Villa from the elegant modern lines, surrounded by a large private garden with olive trees under the shade of their it is possible to enjoy the lake’s breeze on hot summer days.
From the large outside portico near the swimming pool it is possible to lead to the living area, modern style furniture complete the magic of the place.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower characterize the sleeping area which has eight beds.
The villa is situated 500 metres from the shore of the lake and it is inserted in a cured and elegant location, equipped with a modern air conditioning system, free wi-fi, flat screen tv with english and german channels, kitchen equipped with all major appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, safe and hair dryer.
Outside there is a barbecue area which will allow you to enjoy fun-filled evenings in company of your friends.
